Department Zero’s 100% internal Talent and Operations teams are devoted to recruiting, screening, hiring, training and managing Event Managers, Product Specialists and Brand Ambassadors to represent brands at experiential marketing events, street teams and product sampling activities in the field. Department Zero University (DZU), our proprietary training program, combines classroom training with hands-on experiences to ensure that every representative receives the most relevant brand, product and consumer knowledge. While we have a deep pool of available talent in all areas of the country, we are constantly screening to find those individuals best suited to each of our clients’ needs.
