Brands are getting sophisticated in creating these tasty experiences on the street. They are getting better at integrating multiple channels around the experience. Beyond the service window, it is important for brands to remember to include brand ambassadors to engage the brand fans, integrate social media via community managers, weave PR into the tour, coordinate creative with overall brand messaging and plan how to drive traffic and impressions. And then don’t forget, when driving those impressions, the brand is there to make a 1-to-1 connection and brand experience.
