Innovative Marketing or Silly Ad Fad
It is 2013. Aren't we past writing articles about humans slapping a logo on their face/body parts for profit? No, apparently we are not! In Japan, women's thighs are the hottest new ad medium.
Public Relations Consultant, Hidenori Atsumi thinks this kind of advertising is working. He is paying women in Japan to place advertising on their legs and walk around Tokyo. He claims that men look at women’s legs anyway, so why not? Blogger Chris Measures wrote a pretty funny post about leg ads on “Revolutionary Measures” that is worth the read. Personally, I think this is just a fad and I agree with Chris on this one, people will most likely remember the nice legs and not the message.
